Hi, I’m Reneli Pacelo, and I founded Hi Helga out of a genuine passion for helping families thrive.
My Story & Hi Helga Toronto
My passion for newborn and postpartum care stems from years of supporting families during life’s most vulnerable and joyous transition. As a Nurse, Newborn Care Specialist, and Postpartum Doula, I bring a wealth of certified expertise to every family I serve, across North America and globally.
Early in my career, I had the privilege of supporting the demanding households of professional athletes and Hollywood professionals. This work solidified my commitment to providing high-quality, discreet, and reliable care. I realized that every family, regardless of background, deserves expert guidance and unwavering support.
My experience in Toronto revealed a key truth: families need more than standard support. They need personalized, expert-led care that understands the overwhelming reality of the newborn phase—the feeding puzzles, the emotional shifts, and the exhaustion.
This is why I founded Hi Helga Toronto. As a mother myself, I know the difference a trusted partner makes. My mission is to give you that confidence.
I’m here to offer you specialized overnight care, lactation support, sleep expertise, and everything in between, so you can truly enjoy your baby and feel rested, empowered, and supported.
